Prices and booking conditions

The Rustico (on the left in the photo) is the ideal holiday home for 2 nature lovers seeking peace and quiet (max. 3 people) and for non-smokers. The rental period is from about April to November. The prerequisite is that there is no snow, as the road from Calonico to Rustico is not cleared from it. The ideal minimum length of stay is one week (shorter stays must be agreed upon in advance).

The price for one night is CHF 100 (one week from Saturday to Saturday: CHF 700). Cleaning and bed linen are charged at CHF 80 per stay.

Reservations must be made contacting the owner directly (see "Contacts") and confirmation of the availability of the cottage by email is considered a final agreement. Payment must be made 2 weeks in advance to the bank details that the owners will provide in due course. If the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the agreed start date, the owners reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total price.
